At Eliza Gizmo, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item if it is damaged, defective, or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels included.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images of the product (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Eliza Gizmo will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning the product for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund via cash.

  • Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective).
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, or any other non-returnable items.

7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
